Restart???

Okay So I have an ipad & I had it for 4 years now but I had lost it and I barely found it , I had used my old Apple ID on it and it also had a passcode , i didnt remember the passcode so I restarted it & it was a bad idea . now it is asking for a "Activation Lock" Where you put in the old Apple ID and password ! i totally forgot what my Apple ID is And password , & also I don't have a rescue email . Any help????
